• Remarkable analytical capabilities, strategic thinking and verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to integrate knowledge and experience from a variety of fields, turning them into coherent and articulated initiatives and actions.

• Advisor to the Vice President of the Peruvian Congress (since October 2011)

• Advisor to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Perú on the design of thePlan VRAE - communications component (May/June 2009)

• Communications advisor to the Narcotics Affairs Section of the Embassy of the United States of America, Lima (December 2001- July 2008)
